First Trailer for Tarantino's 'The Hateful Eight'
Great cast. Doesn't show much but a) it's a teaser and b) Tarantino has plenty of credit in the bank.
By psychintellect Go To PostGaebge ass thread imo.
It was here over an hour before that poverty-tier thread that was rightfully closed.
By Apollo Go To PostHorrible trailer.
It isn't very good, no. Thankfully the QT brand is strong enough to overcome that.
By Apollo Go To PostHorrible trailer.yeah pretty generic trailer.
though that 70mm FOV makes the film pretty epic.
Trailer was pretty bad and wouldn't get me excited for the movie at all without Tarantino being attached to it.
No Chris Waltz this time? Thought dude was a permanent fixture in Tarantino films from now on..perhaps a random cameo.

EDIT:
Looks like he didn't want to be in an ensemble movie or just keep doing Tarantino movies:
It has to be right. It’s nice to be part of a group but it needs to be right. You have to have a proper place. And just to be in the group for group dynamic’s sake is, to me, I find it extremely frustrating.
Like I said, a group in and of itself… You know, groupies are groupies. That’s their function. But since I’m not a groupie, I have to have something to do in the group. And if I don’t have anything to do in the group, hey…Odd use of the word groupie.

Dude seems like he's real dedicated to his craft. If he wasn't feeling it, it's for the best he not force the issue. Guess we'll see how good a job Kurt Russell can do..I'm sure he can hack it.

That is a real strange use of groupie..lol.
On first glance I thought Tim Roth was Waltz.
Also Kurt Russell has the best hair in Hollywood. Has done since forever.

During the film's development stage, Christoph Waltz was rumored for the role of John 'The Hangman' Ruth in the film which would have been Waltz & Tarantino's third film collaboration together but the role eventually went to Kurt Russell.
