Did you ever dismiss a movie just because?

Or any other media for that matter. One of my biggest regrets is dismissing Blade and Blade 2 for so long and I still don't know why exactly. I always thought it's because of Snipes, whom I also just dismissed as an horrible actor for some weird reasons. I felt pretty stupid seeing the movies some years ago for the same time. They're fucking awesome and Snipes is perfect. Also the soundtrack of Blade is so good. I mean, Gang Starr & M.O.P., KRS-One, fucking Bounty Killer, Mobb Deep, Bizzy Bone, EPMD and my favorite japanese DJ, DJ Krush.
Even that fucking techno song in the beginning was great. A good techno song...

I have seen Nolan's batman trilogy, ok movies. And did see spiderman trilogy + Amazing spiderman 1+2. Spiderman movies were all good except spiderman 3.

I don't know about just because but I avoid recent Sandler movies like the plague because they're usually just gross shitty comedies with no redeeming qualities what so ever. Parody films are awful too.
