By HonestVapes Go To PostOnly level 90 after 70 hours sounds low af compared to my progression. I’m at 80 hours and level 140hmm. that's funny because my friends are all at similiar hours and lower levels than me.
I'm level 89 @ 65 hours, just finished off Ranni's quest. Still yet to really touch the region north of Liurnia. Last 2 areas i cleared out were Nokron and Nostkella.
Game is already quite easy so i never went out of my way to level on purpose. I also cleaned out limgrave and liurnia and at some point the souls you get barely get you a level after 3 hours of playing.
Only time i felt underlevled was when i went to the MtotG.
Yesterday i searched some astral turtles for like 2 hours lol.

yeah hours played mean nothing here lol
the pvp community is still divided over the meta. I dunno, I stopped at 125. There's an INT spell that requires 70 (!) to cast and soft caps are definitely higher this time
FWIW for PVE, 120 should be enough for the hardest bosses, if you're not spreading yourself too thin I guess.
PVE level scaling would have been nice, or something.

By Laboured Go To PostHave you ever considered that perhaps Dipro has been doing some sight-seeing and has also been trying to broker peace treaties with the bosses?i'm trying the neutral route and made some progress getting some of that tarnished gold.
LMAOOOOOO I respect this
By DiPro Go To Postthis guy who told me i got no bitches sent me to some super duper boss guy that seems very though.yeah save this one for later for sure

I’m level 63 after about 40 hours. Done all of Limgrave and Weeping Peninsula. Done most of Liurnia I think (some stuff in the South that I don’t seem to be able to find a way up cliffs?). Got to Altus Plateau through the Ravine caves but immediately left. Gonna do Caelid first.
Think I fucked myself out of the Ranni quest. This Sellen is not at Waypoint because I think I killed her.

Ended my session yesterday in the sewers trying to find dung eater. This shit is so confusing, I have no idea where I'm going.

You're like the fourth person here to kill Sellen lmaooo

i did the full Ranni quest and i have no clue who Sellen is so i'm guessing you're fine.
yup
the first merchant hints at her location with one of the notes he's selling, so it's always a good idea to buy all of them.

one of my only gripes with the game is when you get something, you want to check it out and then you have to search your inventory to find where it is.
You got:
Smergel Smorgels
ok what is it? a talisman? nope not here. a key item? nope not here. sorcery?....
wait what was it called again?

I forget to read notes for so long. Exploring Liurnia I totally forgot you get a map telling you where the key location is. IDK why I was under the impression I would find it in the manor lol.
Only remembered after looking for the painting locations.

inky when you mentioned Madness were you referring to the village note? You have no idea for how long I was looking for that place ffs. I just assumed that note was about that village under the valley and ignored it
No, I was referring to the tower to the north, near the big gate in the road that leads from Liurnia to the Capital. It debuffed me like crazy like some eye of Sauron. I'm also wearing both medallions that improve stats but lower defenses, so maybe I'll come back after switching those off (not enough endurance ATM)
That's the one! So many things made sense to me after going there was trying to do something related to the Frenzied Flame. Read everything you loot, trust.
Looks like I need to explore more. Will definitely make a mental note of reading every item description right away.
There's too much stuff! Maybe we do need a handwritten diary lol

I'm around 30 hours in and doing Caelid after Liurna and Limgrave/Peninsula, honestly may be starting to get burnt out a bit with the exploring, just wanna see the remaining main dungeons/bosses
Lulz, I'm level 76 after 68h.
Zero farming whatsoever, I'm bound to hit a hard wall sooner or later.

By Elliott Go To Post"Give this potion to Nephila."Ahaha. If you haven't found her outside before then I asumme she's at the Roundtable basement
Cool, where can I find her?
By Zabojnik Go To PostYeah, I might not be ready for Rykard just yet.
You fucking are. Use the spear that’s in his boss room
Well, that goes without saying.
It's just annoying that I barely got the first form down and I need to go through it again and again to get the chance to study his second form.

Yurtleton, best place to go first in the area after you get the medallion for the lift in liurnia? Feel like I've cleared out as much as I can everywhere previously
By Patriotism Go To PostYurtleton, best place to go first in the area after you get the medallion for the lift in liurnia? Feel like I've cleared out as much as I can everywhere previouslyDefinitely Mt Gelmir-->Volcano Manor. Atlus is a transitional stage so you can clear anything here too lol
Does Margit just spawn dynamically in the world now? I killed him again near the capital the other day.
By Yurtlicious Go To PostAhaha. If you haven't found her outside before then I asumme she's at the Roundtable basementThanks bb, I'll take a look when I get home from work. Also, while I have you here, where do I find Wolfbae after beating Radahn? He said to meet him where the star fell (near mistwood where the big hole in the ground is I assume) but I don't seem him around.

But lets just say don't worry about him for now and go check out that place by yourself. About Margit, not really but you'll know what happened there later haha

Rykard dead. If only it didn't take me almost 2 hours to figure out that L2 staggers him every fucking time. Was comically easy after that.
Has anybody tried using Rykard's Blasphemous Blade? Scales with str, dex and faith, which is kind of the build I'm going for.
By Zabojnik Go To PostHas anybody tried using Rykard's Blasphemous Blade? Scales with str, dex and faith, which is kind of the build I'm going for. It's made for your build🤤 not only does it heal you (!!!!) but the L2 is a ranged nuke.
Even watching bloodstains heals you
Explored Leyndell more thoroughly today. Place is 2big. Spent at least two hours in the sewers and catacombs beneath the city. Definitely haven’t seen everything there still.
@yurt still haven’t found that sword you mentioned tho

And yeah its fucking HUGE the contrast thematically between the two is just brilliant. The whole area being a legacy dungeon from start to finish is chef's kiss

Fully committed to Caelid now, dispatched a couple of mini bosses already. Should've put up a beware of dogs sign, jeez.
Also, I used my first rune arc. In retrospect ... it would've come in handy in a few boss fights, lel.
By Zabojnik Go To PostTempting. Might switch to that as my primary.Dude I finished the game with like 60-70 runes, might as well. You get one from killing bosses in coop so you can farm them

By s y Go To PostWtf is a legacy dungeon? Like an homage to past game levels?
I was just as confused by the nomenclature. Legacy dungeons are the main areas that lead to a Demi-God boss. Stormveil Castle, Raya Lucaria Academy, Redmane Castle, etc.
Volcano manor: some lady is asking me to rise up against the erdtree. Will accepting the offer lock me in or can I just betray her afterwards lol

By Elliott Go To PostVolcano manor: some lady is asking me to rise up against the erdtree. Will accepting the offer lock me in or can I just betray her afterwards lolyou can join and betray everyone in the game 🤭 her quest requires venturing into high level areas though and one of the rewards is skipping their whole dungeon. Try the dungeon first see if you like it?
