having never played 2077 before, I can't imagine how janky and buggy this game must've been on release.
it's still janky and buggy now after months of patches lmao. seems like one of those 'don't touch anything or you'll break the immersion' type of games. then again, npcs sitting in the hood of cars during main quest dialogs will cause the car to moon bounce, so not even that.
it's aight I guess. I like the city. 20€ seems about right for it. hopefully they keep fixing these bugs throughout the year.

I'm playing through the panam intro right now. this is really bad, she starts off by moon bouncing the car, followed by her two boys clipping through each other when we arrive and then they can barely go from walking to sitting down while looking like humans because the transitions between animations are ps2 level. isn't this supposed to be like important to the main quest? you'd assume some more care would go into this.
even bartenders aren't safe from their arms randomly clipping through the tables for no apparent reason.
seems like they decided to make a 40 minute trailer demo to show off the game, use it as the start and never achieved the same level of quality after. it feels held together by duct tape, at any point it can break.
