By domino Go To Postnow this is gonna be shit.actually looks a lot better than i thought.
Honestly looks pretty good to me, after all the behind the scenes drama I doubt it'll actually be pretty good tho
By psychintellect Go To PostWill watch for black johnny storm

This actually makes me mad. Can't wait for the explanation of him and Sue being bro/sis.
I don't expect much from superhero movies, but they're usually worth the price of admission, and that's more than enough for me and my companion :p
this looks good enough

I think this looks decent. Enjoyed the first trailer more though. The dark and gritty feel isn't your usual FF vibe but I think it'll work with this.
Annoyed about Doom though.

This will suck so bad, CGI for the thing looks terrible imo.
I feel like if your going to dark and gritty do it properly (which I'm pretty sure this wont do), give me some underlying themes or ask some interesting questions (Which BvS is atleast trying to do but will fail as Zach is not capable).

By Yurt Go To PostMarvel really aren't suited for gritty, I dunno what they're trying to accomplish here 😂its not really Marvel, they havent got the rights for it :(
it seems to be the Ultimate FF origin story basically, which is why I think it'll work in the gritty setting. Interesting if they'll keep going with the ultimate stuff. Reed goes insane pretty quickly.
By Freewheelin Go To Postits not really Marvel, they havent got the rights for it :(Not the studio, the Marvel characters themselves!

Marvel's got lots of gritty characters - Punisher, Daredevil, Ghost Rider, Wolverine,
Moon Knight, etc.
It's just that the Fantastic Four are the opposite of all of them. Well, except for their mandatory grim n' gritty 90s phase (complete with holographic cover!):

She's adopted.
This looks horrid.
Batman v Superman, Fantastic Four, Jurassic World. All new trailers relatively quickly, all bad.

It amazes me how so many people can't seem to grasp such a simple concept without someone pointing it out to them.

it would be so much easier for most people if the father was white and johnny was adopted. Its the elephant in the room for most of the controversy in my eyes.

Yeah strongly disagree, Daredevil is a really fucked up comic in some parts.

Why so much salt? Cannon is that they are biological siblings. It's not about being able to grasp any kind of concept that you perceive as simple. It is about telling a story that has been consistent for over 50 years and then just saying "nope."
Why is nobody talking about Blade if we're talking about gritty? He's the dude that said "MF'ers always trying to skate uphill" before rocking one of the coolest original villains I've ever seen.

Please explain how a different skin color on one character adversely changes their story or make them less of a family. How does this have an impact on fighting Dr. Doom and Galactus and Mole Man and Annihilus?

Fair enough!
I still think some of those are quite silly to be honest, despite their dark back stories and everything. I mean what the hell can you do with Ghost Rider looool he's a flaming skull on a motorcycle!
Oh man Blade was Marvel? Then Blade 1 and 2 are both my fav Marvel movies to date!!
By DominicanPower Go To PostI wish Marvel had the rights to FF4.Yeah, they would do it perfectly imo. X-Men they dont need atm, but I'm excited to see what they do with Spidey too :D
