yes you are and that message on his steeringwheel ;)
and close to being both Ferrari's out in Q2, Vettel moment.
By Punished Go To PostThink they should start thinking about a new layout.nah,
track lay-out delivers (long straight so low downforce) and on street tracks you just need to keep a little margin for error.
Curious if ferrari is confident enough to send Vettel out on the yellows, or they go save.
ah, chickens on the reds
Kevin's yellow probably cost a few drivers a run in Q2, but you always get that on tracks like this. Norris and Gio top, Sainz and DannyRic out and Abon learns that it does not matter if you go fast in FP sessions
VALTERI Mega tow last sector? no Lewis even faster, but he made error in 1st sector
Merc with anther 1-2 and Perez best of the rest, Danill and Lando also top.
Ferrari was faster in 3rd sector in FP3 without tow, still feel they should have done better and Max with the tire heating issues n the RBR did the right thing (fast, slow, fast lap)

Thx Spengo read my mind, I was looking for a decent resolution version without the Getty logo of that pic (OP updated ;) ), one of my favourites so far this season. It does keep the, they need to drop Vettel people quit for another day.
By Spengo Go To PostThe Mercs already fucked off.over a second faster than Vettel, lets hope it is tire temp/wear related
Leclerc should now start to benifit from his tires
Leclerc is extremely lucky Ferrari was able to convince the stewards that he should start on new mediums.
By Spengo Go To PostLeclerc is extremely lucky Ferrari was able to convince the stewards that he should start on new mediums.completely new?
Normaly you get tires that have done the same laps as the ones you replace, due to accident.
Shame Max lost out at the start, otherwise we wouldhave at least a race for last podium place
By markao Go To Postcompletely new?Pretty sure.
By Spengo Go To PostLol Ricciardo just backed into Kvyat
Another 1-2 for Mercedes, Barcelona updates better deliver for FER/RBR,. Bottas defending at the start wins him the race, others lost to much time on the reds, shame Max lost out to Perez and his team pitting him 2 laps to late. Similar to leclerc last race, you loose way to much time compared to others on newer tires.
Perez delivers again and DannyRic needs a hug or therapy

I think we can all agree that this one was deserved
Renault surely wondering whether their latest investment was a good idea.
Soooo about this Ferrari race pace lol, nah I get Leclerc has been unlucky but I hope this season's develops into more of a challenge

This weekend it is the Spanish GP in Barcelona, first European race and the time of the year the first bigger updates and new motorhomes are brought to he track. And little surprising, also Ferrari's (Renault also, less surprising ;)) first engine update, not used yet by Haas en Alfa Romeo.

Onto the real important thing in Barcelona, the Spanish Grand Prix is this weekend are Mercedes gonna continue dominating? Haha, how about Bottas giving Lewis a run for his money? Football? Never heard of her.
FP1
Lewis little error 7/8, Gasly on the Mediums and Max with oil leakage problem did not complete a second run, hopefully not engine related (Bottas also had similar issue later on).
And Stroll pulled a 'Gasly":

By Spengo Go To PostHow many cars has Stroll demolished now?wasn't there a website in the beginning of his F1 career that kept track of it :rolf:
If today was anything to go by, we might as well give the trophy to Mercedes, ominous. Single lap pace and even more so in the longruns, only on the super hard Lewis was having a difficult time, but I doubt anyone will use that tire (nor Merc). Max slight problems in singe lap, long runs similar pace to the Ferrari's, so maybe we get some action for turd.
Midfield strange, not that Haas was mega fast in single lap, but their long run pace was well of what others teams in the midfield did. Hard to overtake in Barcelona, but they need to find some long run pace if they do not want to go backwards in the rcae.
What happened to the supposed Ferrari power on circuits with loads of straights , over simplification I'm sure
By Kidjr Go To PostWhat happened to the supposed Ferrari power on circuits with loads of straights , over simplification I'm sure
their power works, it is mainly "slower speed corners" were they loose massively.
or did I miss the sarcasm ;)
