i remember i got perma banned from gaf a few weeks before the lost finale. what a horrible time. that is where i had all my good debates about how boone was the hottest lad in tv history.
GAF was fun times. The Gerrard slip moment was one for the ages. Also Cola and someone I can't remember who who went passive aggressive before devolving into a huge argument in FIFAGAF was something.
i tried finding my favorite gaf moment but failed. at least i found this fine photo of andres.
i censored out what suen added to it. i miss both sometimes, but if you love someone you gotta let them go.

Just blew up out of nowhere iirc
I'd say what Sarri is doing with Kante is worse than what Mou tried to do with Pogba, position-wise.
By Hitch Go To PostJust desertsI changed my mind, I hope you bottle it and City win
@flutter, at least he's on the pitch innit
By Perfect Blue Go To PostI changed my mind, I hope you bottle it and City winYou always did deep down
Think they'll win the league without us necessarily bottling it from here on, even if we won like 9 of our last 12 it could easily not be enough
Not sure if I'd take a draw at Old Trafford. Think I probably would and then just pray that we can better/equal theirs and Spurs' results for the rest of the season.
Think Liverpool will win.
I'm not really confident that United can hold onto 4th place. Just so many tough games in a row, with our midfield depth either not ready or shit. Either way I've been really happy with how things have been going in the last two months so it would be ok... I guess? The improvement I've been wanting from the team is already a huge plus point compared to the first few months of this season.

Reckon you'll comfortably get past PSG btw
They just have too many players missing, and their depth doesn't seem great for a team that's spent so much

By Hitch Go To PostMan I wish the Ricky Gervais xfm shows had been filmed just to see their reactions to KarlI'd go back and listen to it just to marvel at Gervais' transformation into a total prick.
Can't believe he put out a stand-up show where a huge proportion of it was just him reading his own tweets out
By Flutter Go To PostThink Liverpool will win. This is where I'm at, it's going to be difficult to keep up our intensity without rotating. Can't play Pogba every game. With Chelsea, Psg, Liverpool and City in a row...

We're not coming out unscathed, shame, if we'd started the season like this, we would be in better stead.

Ecuador won the South American U20 Championship and have qualified for the U20 World Cup alongside Argentina, Uruguay and Colombia.
Brazil missed out on qualification on goal difference as they only scored 3 goals and conceded 5 in 5 matches.

I see Bayern have started their “we don’t fear Anfield” spiel ahead of the first leg.
That’s fine, they don’t have to fear Anfield at all, but stating such to the press worked out really poorly for Dortmund, Villarreal, Man City, Roma, PSG, Napoli etc, because it just meant the crowd had a point to prove.

I guess a permanent job is only a matter of time when our unofficial club spokesperson has written this.

Iwobi ticks all the boxes for Emery
With the help of some bad goalkeeping by Huddersfield’s Ben Hamer, Alex Iwobi scored his third league goal of the season on Saturday – the same tally as Mesut Özil, and with less game time. But Unai Emery evidently believes the 22-year-old Iwobi has plenty of scope for improving, an opinion he does not appear to have about the German. “He’s young, he has big commitment and very good condition physically,” said Emery of Iwobi. “He needs to improve tactically maybe and, above all, he needs to be more calm with the ball in the attacking third, to find better assists and the possibility to score with calmness, [to know when] the best option is to shoot or dribble. He missed other chances but this match, starting with his attitude, was a very big performance.” Paul Doyle

That and Neil Custis has said it's already been done.
By Laboured Go To PostThat and Neil Custis has said it's already been done.Hopefully we aren't giving him a stupidly ass long contract like with Moyes or LVG
No need to be more than 3 years.
Still think we should not make a decision until this run of tough fixtures is over.

Di Maria was messed about by LVG's tactical rigidity. We couldn't settle in a position for him. So it's not entirely his fault things went pear shaped.
But yeah, he was terrible for us bar his first couple of months and clearly couldn't have been arsed to play for us after January. Massive fanny is absolutely right.

Well, at least there's precedent that Ole has managed to make his players perform after getting bad results. According to Molde fans though.
I would be absolutely thrilled with a point at OT on the coming weeks. It’s one of the only remaining fixtures I think we can afford not to win. And I expect United to give City trouble as well.

An entire show focussing on his past glories and airing dirty laundry in an oblique enough manner that he does not fall foul of any of his NDAs.
woke up today to find HBO Portugal available for download on the PS4 dashboard.
What a pleasent surprise, all they said was it would be in february, no date given.
