By Laboured Go To PostI don't think I can take watching Benfica in another European final. It'll make my heart break for the boy rvy.oh it's fine, I'm used to losing them at this point
regardless of how many final losses I may witness
I never bought anthem

By Flutter Go To PostPhysically premier League level, but just isn't technically and mentally good enough.
Was disappointing for Crystal Palace while on loan last season, and still disappointing for a championship team this season.
Hmkay, doesn't sound that promising. Also kind of bugs me we're pursuing a former youth player who left us to make some money in the PL. One of the many flop examples I guess.

By Linius Go To PostAjax made contact with Fosu-Mensah apparently. Any Premier League folks that can tell me how he has been since his move to United (and Fulham these days)?sane once said he was the toughest rb to deal with in the prem

Now let's not get ahead of ourselves here. But yeah, that experience should translate into something interesting. He's still young too.
Oh well, not much else to say here I guess. If we buy him we'll see what happens.

He scored 8 goals against mostly midtable clubs playing for a team that plays attack minded. It's not bad, but not very special either.
Obviously if you have talent you can make it here. But even untalented blokes like Sanogo aren't miraculously turned into goal machines because it's Eredivisie football.

You drew Rennes right? Calm down m8
They are the French powerhouse currently sitting in 11th position in a one team league.

To be fair, away games against these kind of clubs always suck. They usually have a shitty pitch. It's cold as fuck. And the team travelled half the continent to get there. As an Ajax supporter I've seen these kind of games too often since we usually draw them in the qualifier stages. Sadly we sometimes end up even getting knocked out. But a club like Arsenal can easily fix that at home, as illustrated last night.

You have to bury me not the other way
By Laboured Go To PostThat down your way Hitch?Yeah, pretty much everyone who grew up here has spent a long time at the Magnet since it's the only place that you could do swimming lessons. Never been to the theater part, seen adverts for some right shite there though. A night with Paul Merson sounds about right for a town that has nothing to offer these days except for being reasonably close to London.
By Dan Go To PostRIP Chelsea.I won't laugh at them cause we know one is coming for us eventually. The timing of it feels a little fortuitous though. Just another thing weighing on them before the final.
All it needs now is Big Rom to sell up

We got gifted the first goal, should have easily conceded right after and then scored from 2 corners from terrible defending by them.

Kill Bosz (as coach, dude is a nice guy overall. Just not getting warm with his concept of his static tactics).

By Laboured Go To PostLacazette getting a further two game ban in Europe.Taking it from 3 to 5, or 1 to 3?
Assumed he'd have got the 3-game ban and it'd stay that way, seemed a fairly standard case of violent conduct
