Tbf looks way more up my street than DS.
By Laboured Go To PostAny of you guys, uh, played some of them video games?Only FM occasionally and 1 match of FIFA yesterday against my cousin. The boy needed to be put on his place, I even went with United to give him a chance and ended up beating PSG 3-1.

Control.
By Smokey Go To PostControl.you just want to see if the rtx is any good, admit it
this is also not an rtx joke so it does not add in my rtx tired joke count
By s y ngmi Go To PostRage quit my last 4 fifa gamesu don't know the exploits?
just spam long through balls and set your team for quick counters
and defend with the r1 button so the player you have direct control over is just used to cut off passing lanes

know the exploits and enjoy ridiculous scorelines
and don't use the skills stick, it's useless. the only useful skill is probably the zidane roulette because it covers a bunch of pitch and they can never take the ball away with a decent player

every day the grind is real my friend. the rough period is over. arbuckle420 is now fragging again, like when he was called savagegordon
honestly i have too many iq's for this fucking game. look at that molly. pro level utility usage, north sign me up
wooden does not respect fps games that don't have esports

Just need them well balanced. I never really gave siege a fair chance, mostly because i am well happy with csgo for team based fps and i am already so deep in. It seems like a fine game though. Titanfall I really did try to play though, and the conclusion is it's just CoD with shitty mechs.

By s y ngmi Go To PostPs4 EA access so it's gone in a couple days lolI would play you sometime before it ends.
By data Go To PostI'm totally sold on Blasphemous after playing the demo. The combat feels really satisfying and the 'cutscenes' look incredible. Music's good too.not a big fan of 2D games but fuck me it looks insane, I'm in.
By s y ngmi Go To PostCan't wait to play SnD on Modern Warfare with woodenoh ur a pc gamer too?
i usually hate subscription things like ea access. but man, it feels nice to just pay 10 euros every year for the month of fifa that we need, before deciding it is still SHIT.

That would be the "willy effect".

Blasphemous isn't bad, but there are certain aspects of the demo that I'm not fond of. To be fair, I recognize that it's a demo, and some of my nitpicks are of a personal nature, and not technical.
To start, the hit-boxes seem to extend way beyond the visuals. That's not unheard of, but it can make you feel as though you're taking damage, when you shouldn't, when you're platforming. Mainly talking about the spikes.
Dropping from platforms isn't possible, if you're right up against a wall. It looks like you should be able to, but the walls seem to protrude out more than they do, and you'll just get a crouch. Not a problem for most, but I like to zip through areas. It's...annoying.
Certain enemies get I-frames, for whatever reason.
I get that the weight is the point, but why do I have recovery frames on my landing, if I don't take fall damage? I tried dashing out of the fall, but couldn't cancel the recovery animation. I know it's intentional, but you already get punished by umpteen spikes and enemies waiting for you to hop down. Not a fan.
That charge move...has to be for swag. Cause, joefu saw me trying to use it and it seems pretty bad. Five year charge time....for? Maybe I'm not properly getting stuns. Possible.
Fromsoft nerfed the curse mechanic in DS1, because, well, it wasn't fun, if you kept dieing. Here, your mana bar decreases, until you reclaim your souls...err, statue. Due to the level design, unless you die leaving an area, it feels ultra pointless. I wouldn't miss this, at all.
The downstab has cast time, due to the visuals. Whenever I went for it, a jumping light came out, before the animation began. It's strong though, on weaker enemies.
The parry is fine. Timing isn't Devil May Cry, perfect guard strict. You can't spam it like a Fromsoft game.
The dash is...balanced. I wish I could spam it, but it's fair.
For airborne enemies, jumping slash, and following up with one on the way down, seems great. Didn't test to see a damage comparison, between it and the basic string. It was effective.
I honestly had more fun "speedrunning" it, than playing normally. Not for me.
The art is amazing though. Story seems crazy too.

Got a bug where it wouldn't let me jump down through platforms and now I will send them death threats for offending my Gamer honour.

This new COD Black Ops 4 update sucks. Snipers and Knives is pure trash. Nobody is playing it, because it takes the game so long to find a room.
Just leave Hot Pursuit forever. Why the fuck do they do this shit every fucking week?

Nah I'm at the end of the game. The RTX effects are dipe tho.
Best thing about Siege is it's pacing. It's never too intense for too long, you get a lot of time to talk shit with teammates or troll.
