By Kibner Go To PostI won't lie, the Louqe Ghost S1 had me thinking for a hard minute about switching form factors. What's stopping you?
By Smokey Go To PostThat price converts to $3428
Currency conversion usually favours you plus that price includes 20% "value added" tax.
By Kibner Go To PostMoney. Saving up for that GT4 Cayman that was just announced!
i'll think about it again for Ryzen 4
Thought you were gonna say noise tbh, which would've been a fair point because it's hard to beat a D15.
There's ways to come close at least.

I haven't watched it but maybe it shows up more on camera?
On my monitor it's definitely there but you only REALLY see it against a complete black background

I don't see it in games unless it's a dark scene and I've got an FPS counter on in the top corner.
Luckily I rarely have the FPS counter on. When you've got a 2080Ti, you KNOW the FPS is gucci and don't need to check it.
Windows 1903 was finally pushed out to my PC. So far, so good. Nothing has blown up, yet. Haven't started up a game, though...
Custom loop progress.
Ordered everything apart from the Apogee pump/block and fittings. Went with the Phanteks GPU block since it looks nicer than EK's and should hopefully fit my Windforce OC.

By DominicanPower Go To PostY'all still using Chrome or nah? Imma try out this Brave browser.I still primarily use Opera as my daily driver. Use Chrome for debugging pages. And recently switched to Edge from Firefox when watching streams or anything else that may be infested with ads. I use Edge for that only once I enabled Isolated Browsing as part of the Application Guard settings in Windows Security. It runs the browser in an isolated environment so even if something does try to infect my PC from the browser, the damage should be limited.

I’m totally fine with spending over £100 on custom cables and £1700 on a monitor, but lads. I am fucking wincing after pricing up the fittings I want. Fucking £70 pound for some bolts and o rings, Christ!

Edit: Further update, decided not to use the FrozenQ reservoir with an Apogee Drive II and instead use a similar reservoir with a DDC pump mount integrated into it. I'm going balls deep, lads.

Why aren't the grooves of the mouse encrusted in sweat, skin cells and bodily fluids? Pffft, fake Gamer
i really hope this is made worse by the camera because i don't know if i want to pay extra for FALD
The only price i can find now is £2,699.99 , and unless the Euro's are just getting screwed thats just too much for anything that has more than 0 compromises. I'm quite sad.

I think it’s the camera because the FALD on that looks so much worse than the FALD on my X27.
I’ve mentioned it before but the only time I notice it is on the mouse cursor over a very dark background or around an FPS counter in the corner of the screen during a dark scene in a game.
Rocking the G400S while I wait for the G Pro Wireless to arrive. Is this what it feels like to be poor.
Fams, if you haven't already bought a 4K/144hz monitor and achieved CHIM, then you should probably wait for DP2.0 monitors

Had to take apart my vertical mouse to clean the mouse wheel and outer casing. Took like two fucking hours because 11 screws and countless tabs I was trying hard not to break. And the gunk on the back of the mouse would only loosen up with GooGone followed by warm, soapy water. Still took a while to scrub off. =/
Oh well, it's much more pleasant to use now.

Yes. Huge. But DP has always been ahead of HDMI, and better, but not widely adopted.
🤔 🤔 🤔
It’s not well understood that Intel actually offers the market a larger selection of product pricing. While the press often likes to focus on Intel’s top price points being higher than AMD’s top price, few people recognize that Intel also offers lower entry pricing than AMD. So Intel offers more price point choices to our customers.
