One of my favorite parts of living in London was the BBC.Helton Josue Teodoro Muniz is a rare fruit collector. He has planted and cultivated over 1,300 species in his six hectare garden in Campina do Monte Alegre, in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
He was born with a motor neurone deficiency and only learnt to walk as a teenager. Today it is still difficult for him even to hold a seed.
But the childhood discovery of a fruit he had never heard of propelled him on a journey which led to the Rare Fruit Farm. 16 years later he is an internationally renowned fruit expert and author.
He's got some fucking magic fruit in there that, when eaten, makes lime taste sweet.
That's really cool. I've heard about those magic berries on some local news video before.
That "chicken vegetable" is jackfruit-- which is really delicious but I've never had it prepared as a meat substitute.

You can make some pretty sweet desserts with jackfruit, like with longans and whatnot.
