Just watched the extended highlights and a few things of note.
We are still far from being good but I like the high intensity we are showing on pressuring.
Jovane Cabral has been making quite an impact, won the penalty that allowed us to take the lead last week and made the assist for the 2-1 yesterday.
I was expecting the youngster to make a few appearances here and there but he is looking to become the 3rd choice winger behind Acuña and Nani.
Speaking of Nani...
Oh Captain, my Captain. First time he ever scored a brace for us and nearly had a third goal but his free kick hit the post.
He is stepping up when we really need him to.
Bring on Benfica next week!
