No offsense Unreal, but your opinion of our midfield went in my mental rubbish bin when you said Henderson is Championship at best
By etc Go To PostResponse to Lampard taking over at Derby is bizarre when compared to Gerrard and Giggs' moves into management
Lampard has an IQ high enough to get into Mensa. Gerrard seems more suited for Mencap.
He's also never coached at any team, at any level, in any role.
Used to smash it when Test The Nation was on though, give him an upper bracket Championship job.

Apparently Lampard was coaching the Chelsea u18s a bit this year and they won 4 trophies. Coincidence?
If it didn't come with a contract and a job title, I'll assume he was popping in like David Brent in the Christmas specials.
Leicester fan accounts saying Mahrez deal is done. I'm so lukewarm on this, even though he'll probably be great
For what it's worth, I think Gerrard and Giggs are also underqualified for their jobs, as shite as the SPL is. Rangers are a big club, with unrealistic fan expectations and huge challenges to overcome if they're to come close to reaching them. Wales are in a position where a manager doing a good job could well see them qualify for tournaments, and a bad one gives them no chance.
Yeah they are underqualified I suppose, but like you say have the coaching experience. Not a direct 1:1 with Pep and Zidane because they had a whole season at B team level, but at least they have some understanding of how to coach. Lampard is the least experienced at the most difficult job. Can’t see it going incredibly well, which is a shame.

New league ball has been announced:
By NikeNike created a larger striking surface across the ball by reducing the traditional 12-panel construction to just four panels. This also reduced the number of seams by 40 percent, eliminated hard spots, opened up the ball and created a more pronounced sweet spot.
The ball is constructed of a latex bladder (instead of a traditional rubber) enveloped in proprietary materials to promote more consistent air pressure and keep its shape. Debossed grooves and 3D inks (these are engineered to dry at levels and locations that vary by millimeters) rise as they dry during the printing process further improve aerodynamics and the feel of the ball.
Secondary and tertiary colors serve to catch players’ eyes and help them to identify spin, speed and trajectory as quickly as possible.
Zidane aware this is the pinnacle. Leaving before the inevitable push fam.
Levy delighted he just got Poch to sign a new contract.

It's not like RM couldn't afford to buy any manager out of their contract. And there are a lot of managers that would be very happy for them to do so.
By Koss Go To PostWe play three CMs at the moment and I wouldn't be surprised if our first choice three are Hendo, Fabinho and Keira leaving Milner and Ox to ride the bench.
Don't think that Wijnaldum and Lallana are good enough tbh.
Well given that Naby, Fabinho and Gini won’t be going to the World Cup, they’ll have a full pre-season with Klopp. So I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s our midfield three come season 18/19
Why would he step down though? They're going to sell a player or two and have the CL winnings on top of their slush fund. The squad will be stronger next season to challenge for the league. My money is on extension but that doesn't seem conference worthy.

Current contract's to 2020. Would be odd.
How much time is left until the press conference? I know it's at 1pm, but I have no idea on what timezone is that in.
Zidane might want to do a Pep and not get tied down to one club. Show he can do it elsewhere.
Or the press conference might have nothing to do with him leaving, which seems most likely

If it were United, we would all just assume is was another sponsor. Madrid don't need sponsors though, so this is actually intriguing. 🤨

Pep should have also left after the 3rd season.

Hearing that Sporting having made an offer for Joe Hart isn't just a product of silly season news, it's actually true.
If Zidane does go I don't think there is much chance of Poch replacing him, he's a man of principle and by signing that new contract he committed to the coming season. It would have been very easy not to sign that contract and wait for the result of the CL final.

By GQman2121 Go To PostThink taking over a club that finished 6th in the Championship last year with literally zero real world coaching experience is crazy. Not sure how they make that appointment but we'll see how he does. Should probably just assume he'll have his pick from the 38 players on Chelsea's loan list.
Surely Thiago would be the one. He's only just turned 27 years old. Would expect City to be linked just to get the bidding started.
Well Arteta almost got a top 6 pl club manager role with no experience.

our prophet Zinedine Yazid Zidane (pbuh) did good in his time here but it was a smart decision by him, it was the perfect time for him to resign and go out while still on top.
