By domino Go To PostWho that.Probably learning the ropes from Mou, McKenna, and Rapetti, while acting as the liaison between Mou and the players. He doesn't even have his coaching license yet.

McKenna is a very highly regarded coach, which we headhunted from Tottenham after he did some excellent work with their u18 team. He got our under 18 team to the top of the Northern league table, although we lost against Chelsea (Southern League champions) in the final. Under him the under 18 team had a 3 goal average per game.
It's all very promising, because Mou has taken a page from Fergie's playbook and delegates training and some other matters to his assistant coaches. He still has the final say on which players to play and what strategy to use though. Basically the next best thing other than having him leave.
The thing about Mou is he always has excellent rapport with his coaching team. Not saying that there is no chance of a falling out, but the chances of that are a lot less considering McKenna is not a female first team doctor for United.
