I think the rules are trying to codify that you can't interrupt a keeper with a kick while he's releasing it

Anyone can read the rules. The refs hired by Bt pretty much never contradict decisions on the ground, so I.wouldnt consider that to be evidence in any direction.

Benzema isn't interfering at all during the release/throw process, benzema only comes into play after the ball is gone from Karius' hands
