Yep, I saw the video about a half-hour ago. It seems that ADL plans to sign Ancelotti and just cut Sarri free. Apparently, ADL is impatient with Sarri's reluctance to sign a new contract and will solve the matter by slicing through the knot.

Someone here the other day asked if anyone is a supporter of a player rather than a club. I'm about to become a supporter of a manager, even if he doesn't have a club.

The press got it so wrong, there were people claiming he had terminated his contract with Sporting and was in Italy to sign for Napoli without the club's authorization.
Portuguese press still changing their stories every day, first the whole squad was moving forward with the unilateral termination of contract on Monday, then the biggest names were all going to do it and now they claim that the players were advised to do it separately, which makes no sense as the reason they can claim for terminating their contract would be lack of conditions to work would have more strength if they all did it together.
More and more it's looking like nobody will try to terminate their contracts, Patrício and William will probably be sold because it's time they get a chance elsewhere, maybe Acuña if he has a good World Cup.
On better news, we hired Augusto Inácio to be our director of football and that's awesome because he is a great guy, was the manager who broke our 18 year streak without league titles back in 99/00 and all this probably means that Jorge Jesus is gone as he was always against having a director of football because he wants full control and he hates Inácio.

He was fucked over by diving/refereeing during the Barca remundata and faced a strong Madrid team the year after. He's done what he can to the best of his capacity, maybe this is as good as it gets for Emery but I really do think Arsenal have done well selecting him. It's not like he's a total disaster or has no managerial experience.

If Arsenal wants a CL spot then they have to spend way, way more than the rumoured 50m this summer.

Turns out, hindsight 20/20 and all, that Morata was indeed just a great super-sub, something I've been saying all along. I couldn't believe Chelsea were gonna pay 70m for him but I guess given their situation at the time they had no choice.

I remember distinctively saying that Morata shined because he usually came on for us during the 80th minute mark, when the opponent was most gassed. I also remember saying that in order for Chelsea to succeed with Morata they need to have the likes of James, Modric and Kroos feeding him not 1, not 2, not 3 but 4-5 sure bet sitters. Morata needs multiple chances to get going.

it's what it is, dude needs to accept his capacity. What's funny is the likes of Vasquez and Asensio trusted Zidane and accepted their roles and look where they are now: Called up to the NT and getting regular minutes in the first team.

By Meier Go To PostI love baseball – it's my all time favorite sport. But I grew up playing it and loving it, so it's hard to just give up on it. I honestly can't imagine someone who didn't have it hammered into them from birth coming into it in 2018 though. The games are so long and the season, despite not being longer than soccer, feels like it lasts forever due to the number of games.

Baseball is my favourite sport and I came into only in my early teens. I survived only on a few hours sleep for a couple of seasons when mlb.tv first came out when I was around 16. I would come home from school at 6pm watch the Yankees games, watch some other games, and then usually get a couple hours sleep before watching my A’s and then heading off to school.

Man I miss those days.
