Dairy is the devil. Haven't drank any milk or dairy products in over a week, and I don't get the shits or feel nauseous anymore.
If you need alternatives, try lactose free milk as that is often the thing that causes those issues. Also, almond milk, cashew milk, etc. Shouldn't cause any of those problems cow milk does, too.
By DY_nasty Go To PostI remember when Kib was humble and only ate gumboThat is still my winter favorite, tbh. A good seafood gumbo >>>>>>> everything else.
Fucking soy, almond and cashew milk? It's not milk if it didn't come from an animal brehs. Your drinking nut juice m8s
Basically only drink Almond milk these days. At home anyway. Just a health thing.

Still like normal cow milk.

By Laboured Go To PostI did try and do cashew and almond milk types once but I can't get round the taste.
I can do the combo almond and coconut milk, but I prefer cows milks 100/100 times if I'm not restricted by my diet. My stomach can handle anything thrown at it. Load the cheese onto that greasy chorizo and egg burrito after a hard night of drinking and I'm happier than a pig in shit.

Most adults have some level of lactose intolerance. A lot of people are actually pretty intolerant to casein too, which gets mistaken for lactose intolerance.
By Lunatic Go To PostI think it's like 70% of the world can't do it into adulthood. Luckily I'm not one of them.Think of all the room for

Pretty shocked Italians are fairly intolerant.
Approximately 65 percent of the human population has a reduced ability to digest lactose after infancy. Lactose intolerance in adulthood is most prevalent in people of East Asian descent, affecting more than 90 percent of adults in some of these communities. Lactose intolerance is also very common in people of West African, Arab, Jewish, Greek, and Italian descent.
The prevalence of lactose intolerance is lowest in populations with a long history of dependence on unfermented milk products as an important food source. For example, only about 5 percent of people of Northern European descent are lactose intolerant.
