Recently re-watched this documentary about North Korea, that I had kind of forgotten about, which is absolutely amazing and somewhat hilarious.
Basically the premise is, that two Korean born Danish comedians together with a journalist goes to North Korea, with the pretense of being a theater group during cultural exchange. One of the comedians is a spastic, and as such, this in itself makes for some awkward scenes.
Here's a version on youtube. It's in mostly English and with subs.
Quite a moment when they end up in the middle of this. They can be happy that the North Koreans that review their video every night, can not understand his "spastic danish" as they call it, which is quite hard even for me to understand.
So, any of you watched anything interesting recently?

Watched The Jinx recently, that was....fun :/
Probably going to track down that OJ doc somehow. Also going to try and watch Jonestown.

Filmmaker Ava DuVernay explores the history of racial inequality in the United States, focusing on the fact that the nation's prisons are disproportionately filled with African-Americans.Details how the United States has consistently made black people enemy #1. One of those documentaries that make you angry.
The premise is that a guy's best friend had a baby but he died so he makes a film to show the son how awesome his dad was. Do not read anything about it, don't even watch the trailer. Incredibly sad.
It's a documentary about the white supremacist Craig Cobb's attempt to take over a North Dakota town and turn it into a white supremacist haven. It's really good but also incredibly chilling.
Dear Zachary absolutely ruined me. I was a mess after watching it.
The Imposter is a thrilling watch. A 16 year old disappears from home in Texas but 3 and half years later, he apparently reappears in a little town in Spain. The family brings him back home but things aren't exactly what they seem.
It's one of those documentaries that is better for you to go in knowing as little as possible.
The Aristocrats is about a dirty joke comedians tell themselves since the 50's. The start and end is always the same but the middle is up to each comedian as an exercise in improvisation and creative.
I went to see it at the theaters and from the 20 people who were watching at the beginning, only 8 stayed up until the end. The best was 2 old rich women who left after 5 minutes in complete shock while I was nearly falling out of my chair laughing.
Looking For Sugarman is also pretty great.
More recent documentaries that I liked but weren't already mentioned are Tickled, Beware The Slenderman and Gringo : The Dangerous Life Of John McAfee.

Are television productions okay?
The Death of Yugoslavia is the most gripping and, morbidly, interesting documentary I've ever seen.
The "follow up" series in The Fall of Milošević is equally thought-provoking and haunting to witness.
Ghosts of Rwanda about the Rwandan genocide is absolutely harrowing and I highly recommend watching it as well if you haven't already.
I should note that all three are extremely graphic. Not for the fainthearted.
